What payment methods are available?

Currently, subscriptions are only available through the Android app or through Admin CS. Android payment methods: Google Play balance, Dana, ShopeePay, DOKU, Gopay, Debit Card, Credit Card.

How do I change my plan?

Currently, only plan upgrades are available. To upgrade, click Subscribe on a higher-priced plan. Your remaining subscription time will be automatically pro-rated towards the new plan. Contact CS if you need assistance.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

Yes, as long as your payment method has sufficient funds. If not, the subscription will be automatically canceled and you'll need to resubscribe.

Are there additional taxes?

Yes depending on your country regulations.

Is there a trial period?

No, but you can use Kelola app for free with limited features.

Can I request a refund?

If the error is on our end, you can request a refund through CS.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Please contact CS for more information.

I have multiple businesses, is that supported?

Yes. However, each subscription applies to one business only. If you have multiple businesses, you'll need to subscribe for each one.
