Can a staff member see my profit?
No — not unless you turn on "view capital price" for that employee. By default, staff see selling prices only.
How does the invite code work?
After picking the role and permissions, Kelola generates a short code that works for one employee, one time. Share it with the person you're hiring — they download the app, register, enter the code, and they're in with exactly those permissions. To add another employee, generate a fresh code.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Revoke their access in one tap. Their past activity stays in your history so audits aren't broken.
How many employees can I add?
There's no hard cap. Add a new employee whenever you hire one, and assign them to one or more outlets.
